Meet the Owners
Santiago is licensed by the State of Florida as a Specialty Structures Contractor and is professionally trained to assist our customers in determining the most viable options for their project. His expertise in estimating, along with an in-depth knowledge of our product line, allow him to present a variety of affordable and clear cut alternatives to homeowners. Prior to entering the industry, Mr. Avila was a Police K9 handler/trainer in the Republic of Panama.
Sharon AvilaSharon is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Medical Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety Administration/Criminal Justice. Mrs. Avila directs a variety of administrative and accounting functions to ensure that all projects are conducted efficiently.
John ScavuzzoJohn is a graduate of Stetson University where he earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance. He is responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operational aspects of the company inclusive of contract review, scheduling and coordinating, responding to customer requests, and ensuring that all of our projects are conducted in accordance with governmental regulations.
